sweet potato pie, mmmmm

i haven't had sweet potato pie and i have always wanted to, so i made some! i used the recipe from mrs. wilkes boarding house cookbook. i bought this cookbook when i went to savannah. since then she has come out with a newer book. i don't know if it has the sweet potato pie recipe in it, but i assume so. the only change i made to the recipe was it called for 1.5 cups of sweet potato and i used 2 cups. it was goooood!
