sweet potato baby food. the book i had said to microwave the sweet potato for 8-10 minutes. our microwave is not a very good one, so i cooked it for 10 minutes. it basically mummified it. so i started over and did 7 minutes. it turned out just fine. mushed it up with a fork. i did learn that a lot of formula or milk needs to be added so just a little bit of potato doubles in size.
